Expertise and ethical practice guides each of our interactions with you from day one. Behavior Technician/RBT’s are supported with essential ABA training and multiple shadows sessions. Staff supporting your onboarding include Directors, BCBA’s, RBT’s and the Admin team. For new BCBA’s the Directors and Admin team walk you through each step of the way so you’re comfortable with our processes from the start.

Behavior Consultants, Inc. is privately owned by Behavior Analysts that have been providing Applied Behavior Analysis services in Michigan for over 29 years.
To provide clinical supervision and program management of behavioral interventions for Adults and children including providing training in applied behavior analysis (ABA) for staff and families, parent training, curriculum development for life skills, activities of daily living, employment, and social skills, and assisting the Program Director with company growth, development of new technologies, research opportunities and conference presentations. Individuals must be interested in working one-on-one with children affected by autism spectrum disorders and individuals who have traumatic brain injuries using the principles and teaching procedures of applied behavior analysis (ABA). Individuals should be highly motivated, have a desire to learn, and enjoy working with children and adults. All of our Behavior Technicians/RBT’s are provided with a comprehensive training package prior to beginning work with clients and training is ongoing under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through the length of employment. Must be available to work mid afternoon and evening 4-5 days per week and one Saturday per month. We offer competitive wages based on work experience.
